Ritual Grey is the mid-tone: a true stone grey with pale veins and faint cloudy discolouration, closer to a soft limestone than to a high-contrast marble. It is the version that reads as a neutral floor in a room with a lot going on — patterned furniture, dark joinery, coloured sanitaryware — where a strongly veined tile would fight for attention. Rectified and matt, in 60x60cm, 120x60cm and 120x120cm, plus a matching bullnose step.
Choosing this tile. Rated R10, so floors and walls indoors — bathroom, kitchen, hall, living room — and fine over underfloor heating; a wet-room shower floor or a patio needs the 20mm Ritual Grey terrace slab instead (structured, R11, frost resistant). Grout at 2mm with the rectified edges, 1.5mm on the 60x60cm. Reckon on five boxes of 60x60cm for a 6 m² floor with a 10% cutting allowance. Ritual is V2 and the veining varies tile to tile, so open several boxes and mix them as you lay rather than working through one box at a time.
Grey is the colour customers most often carry from an indoor floor out onto a terrace using the 20mm slab, which is the main reason we stock both. Ordered per box from Poland — allow 2-3 weeks; the 120x120cm box weighs 53kg and needs two people and a levelling system.
