On completing your purchase, our system processes it and sends an email confirmation once the order has been successfully received by our sales team. Please check your spam mail if you haven’t received this mail. If any of your items are not stocked in our Dundalk warehouse, we will confirm the date for receipt of the item(s) with our supplier, and send a new email with updated delivery details to you, as soon as possible.

We hold stock in our warehouse in Dundalk, Co. Louth and in another warehouse in Europe. Where possible, we will send stock from our Dundalk warehouse in the next available route. However, at times we may need to ship the items from mainland Europe and then send them with our delivery partners. The best way to check the lead time is to check with one of our sales representatives by email to sales@bathroomstore.ie who will be more than happy to help.

In this case, we would hold all items until the order is completely ready to be sent. If needed, a partial delivery can be arranged for an extra fee. Please contact our team by email to sales@bathroomstore.ie for more information and pricing.

We take special care of every shipment by using the durable carton boxes and foil tape to protect every product. Items that are more durable and damage-resistant, like shower, drains, basin taps or shower mixer sets, can be sent with UPS courier services. For more delicate, fragile items that need more protection, we use our own transport service. We take this extra measure to treat your order with extreme care to provide you with the best quality bathroom appliances in immaculate condition.

Just as the initial order confirmation email, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your purchase is packed and submitted to delivery.

When the order is out for delivery, you will receive an email or text (depending on which option you chose at the checkout), with a tracking code and link to a live route tracker. This will enable you to see the real-time location of our driver. If the item is being sent with UPS, you will receive a tracking number and link to their site. Our standard delivery time is 5-10 working days, beginning from the day of order completion, confirmed to you in email. However, this may vary depending on the current stock, amount of orders and other variables. Please check our shipping policy for more details.

We ship all orders nationwide, so we cover the whole of Ireland. There is no place where we won’t deliver our products, thanks to our own transportation service and the use of well-known courier services. We do not ship outside the island of Ireland at this time.

We aim to deliver all orders in 5-10 working days. If for any reason the order is delayed beyond this timeframe, we will be in touch as early as possible to arrange a delivery date.

We aim to deliver your order in 5-10 working days. However, it may vary due to the many various circumstances. We advise you to start your work only once the items you ordered are successfully delivered at your address, and checked for any damage that might happen in transport. To ensure secure online payments we use only authorized payment servers. Those encrypt your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which means no one can read your card information. We accept VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB cards. Delivery Information

We take great care in preparing your order for dispatch and delivery. All deliveries are sent from our warehouse adjoining our showroom in Dundalk, Co. Louth. Our specialised team of warehouse staff check all items to make sure they are in optimum condition before sending them.

Where possible, our in-house delivery team will deliver your order. By doing this we can take every precaution to ensure that your item is delicately handled.

When using a courier service, we regularly check customer satisfaction with how the item arrived, and ensure any issues are resolved promptly. We deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery charges are based on weight and size of the items sent.

Even if you will not be using your product for some time, please ensure to check your order immediately upon arrival. If any items are damaged during delivery, it is important that you notify us within 14 days of delivery.


- Delivery dates and times are estimated.

- We aim to make standard deliveries in 5-10 working days.

- While we hold as much stock in our warehouse as possible, we sometimes need to order certain items from the manufacturer for specific orders. This can sometimes lead to delays beyond our control, such as stock outages, supplier issues, weather and national emergencies.

- We aim to notify customers of any major delays to their order, but this is not always possible.

- We do not conduct partial deliveries. In certain cases we may conduct a partial delivery at our own discretion.

- Standard deliveries are made between 9am-10pm, Monday-Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

- Customers will receive a message when their order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

- This refund policy applies to online orders only.

- We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. For this reason, we offer a no-quibble returns window, for 14 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way. Similarly, if installation has been attempted, this will also void the right to refund.

- Even if you will not be using your product for some time, please ensure to check your order immediately upon arrival. If any items are damaged during delivery, it is important that you notify us within 14 days of delivery.

- If you change your mind regarding a product, you have 14 days to cancel and request a full refund. If the item has not been sent to you before the time the order is cancelled, all charges will be refunded, including any prepaid shipping costs.

- In certain cases, refunds may be considered after the 14 day period but no later than 30 days, and only in exceptional circumstances. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to any such refunds. Email sales@bathroomstore.ie to check if you are eligible for this. After 30 days no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

- If an item is defective, then Bathroom Store Ireland will collect the item (free of charge) and provide a resolution.

- Before returning an item, please send an email to sales@bathroomstore.ie with your order number, name, contact number, reason for return and photos (if applicable). Refund requests will be reviewed and replied to within 2 working days.

- If an item is refunded, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and will advise you through the remainder of the refund process. We aim for all refunds to be processed within 10 working days of the product being returned to Bathroom Store Ireland.

- If you change your mind about an order, you are responsible for returning the item(s) and any associated delivery costs. Previous delivery costs will not be refunded. Bathroom Store takes no responsibility for goods returned to us which have been damaged upon return. The customer alone is responsible for the safe return of their order. Broken or damaged items may result in a refund not being fulfilled.

- When returning items, we would advise smaller items to be wrapped in protective packaging and returned via a tracked courier service. For larger items such as shower doors etc., a palette company should be used.

- To ensure a full refund, the item(s) being returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.

- If you prefer, you can exchange an item you have purchased for another item from our store. However, some charges may apply. Please contact us at sales@bathroomstore.ie for more information.

- Refund policy does not apply to clearance or items on sale - it applies to full price items only.

- Our return policy above applies to all exchanges.

- All products come with a standard 12 month manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.

The proof of purchase, which is the confirmation email you receive after submitting the order, is your warranty and you can use it as a valid document. All the taps and shower sets have a standard 1-year warranty unless stated otherwise in the product description. Shower enclosures, washbasins and bathtubs come with a 2 year warranty.
