Harlem Chalk is a pale, off-white concrete effect wall tile in a 33.3x90cm rectified white body format, made in Spain by KTL Cerámica. The face is lightly mottled like a rendered wall, in a matt glaze, and the slightly wider 33.3cm module means fewer joints on a big wall than a standard 30x90. It suits a modern, low-key bathroom: warmer than plain white, quieter than marble.
Choosing this tile. Walls only: bathroom, en-suite, shower walls, kitchen. As a white body tile (group BIII, water absorption above 10%) it is not for floors or outdoors. Pair it with a grey or taupe concrete effect porcelain floor and black, brass or chrome fittings. Grout at 2mm in off-white or light grey. About four boxes covers a 5 m² wall with 10% for cuts; KTL rates it V2 for shade variation, so mix boxes as you lay. The Divine Chalk Decor is the same 33.3x90cm tile with fine horizontal ribs in relief, sold per tile, so a full feature wall or a single band is possible without buying extra boxes. Note the format: 33.3x90cm does not course in with 30x90cm tiles from other ranges, so keep to Harlem pieces on the same wall. The decor is 12.3mm thick against 10.5mm for the plain tile, so set it in a slightly thinner adhesive bed to keep the faces flush.
