Palatina Matt is the same white Carrara-style marble as Palatina Gloss in a matt glaze: a warm white ground with sparse grey veining that reads as calm, chalky stone rather than polished marble. A 30x90cm rectified white body wall tile made in Spain by Halcon Cerámicas (Palatina collection, ref. 2-19556), it suits the low-reflection bathrooms most of our customers ask for now, and pairs with a matt porcelain floor, brushed brass or black fittings and timber.
Choosing this tile. Walls only: bathroom, en-suite, shower walls, kitchen splashback. A matt glaze hides water marks and fingerprints better than gloss, which makes it the practical choice around a basin or inside a shower. Grout at 2mm in white or pale grey. About four boxes covers a 5 m² wall with 10% for cuts. Halcon prints it in 10 different faces with slight shade variation (V2), so mix boxes as you lay. The Nazca Decor (ref. 2-19582) is the same 30x90cm tile with fine horizontal ribs over the marble print, sold per tile, so a feature band or a niche costs a few tiles rather than a box. If you want the shine instead, the gloss version is Palatina Gloss with the Giga Decor.
