14-day returns: standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.

45-day exchanges: we offer exchanges up to 45 days for incorrect sizes on eligible standard items, even when a cash refund is no longer available.

Custom items: custom-made or made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
