Archicross Concept Grey is the line’s interweaving of concrete and stone in a cool mid-grey — softly clouded, with delicate inclusions and irregular patterning that give the face depth rather than a repeating print. Of the four Concept colours it is the one that behaves most like a neutral: enough movement to absorb everyday marks, not so much that it competes with joinery or a patterned wall.
The finish is the slip rating. Matt is R10 and Structure A is R11, the same grey in both, plus a pressed step tile. Matt for dry floors and walls, Structure A for a shower floor or wet room; the pattern is identical across both, so the rating can change underfoot without the floor changing appearance. That combination makes this the easiest Concept colour to run across a whole flat or a small commercial fit-out.
What “structure” actually means here. Structure A is not a printed effect — the surface is physically raised, a fine dense grain you feel under a bare foot, closer to fine grit paper than to a smooth kitchen wall tile. That relief is what produces the grip, and it holds dirt in the texture rather than releasing it to a flat mop.
Laying it. The colour is fired through the body, so a chipped edge stays grey rather than showing a pale core. Mix across boxes as you lay so the clouding distributes evenly. Every format covers 1.43 m² per box at 26.6 kg — a 6 m² floor is five boxes with the usual ~10% cutting allowance. Rectified edges take a 2 mm joint; suits underfloor heating.
