Archicross Base Beige is the plainest tile in the Archicross concept — one flat, even sand-beige with no veining and no pattern. Paradyż describe the line as drawing on the meeting of natural landscape and urban space: the muted, minimalist character of concrete, without ornament. In practice it is the tile you reach for when the floor has to stay quiet under a patterned wall, a strong worktop or a feature tile, and a genuinely uniform large-format porcelain is harder to source than it sounds.
The finish is the slip rating. Matt is R10, Structure A is R11 and Structure B is R12 — the same beige in all three, so you can lay R12 in a shower zone and R10 across the rest of the same bathroom and the floor still reads as one surface. Matt suits dry floors and walls, Structure A a shower floor or wet room, Structure B commercial grip: changing rooms, pool surrounds, a ramp. A pressed step tile finishes a tread edge in the same beige.
What “structure” actually means here. Structure A and B are not a printed effect. The surface is physically raised — Structure B carries a fine, dense grain across the whole face, closer to a fine grit paper than to the smooth tile you would put on a kitchen wall. You feel it under a bare foot, and that relief is what produces the grip. It also means the structured faces hold dirt in the texture rather than wiping straight off, so they want a brush rather than a flat mop.
Working out quantity. Every format covers 1.43 m² per box at 26.6 kg, so a 6 m² floor is five boxes with the usual ~10% cutting allowance. Rectified edges take a 2 mm joint; suits underfloor heating. A plain tile shows batch shading more than a patterned one — there is no movement to hide it — so order the whole job in one go.
