20mm porcelain paving slabs for terraces, balconies and garden paths. The extra thickness is what separates these from an indoor tile: they can be laid dry on gravel, sand or adjustable pedestals as well as bonded to a slab, and the structured surface takes the slip rating to R11 — the figure that matters once the surface is wet. All are frost resistant and rated for outdoor abrasion.
Most of these ranges also come as an 8mm indoor tile in the same colour, so a floor can run from the kitchen out onto the terrace with only the joint width changing — 2mm inside, 5mm out. Slabs are sold per box and priced per square metre; a 10 m² patio is roughly 14-15 boxes and around 450kg, so check delivery access before ordering.
