• Dublin & surrounding areas, Co. Louth and Co. Meath: €49
• Rest of Ireland: up to €65
• Remote rural areas (for example north-west Donegal, west Kerry or south-west Cork): up to €85 - please allow extra time, as delivery to these areas can take longer

We are in Dublin three times a week, so orders for Dublin and the neighbouring counties go out on our own BathroomStore.ie van.

14-day returns: standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.

45-day exchanges: we offer exchanges up to 45 days for incorrect sizes on eligible standard items, even when a cash refund is no longer available.

Custom items: custom-made or made-to-measure products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
