BathroomStore.ie would like to inform our customers that we are no longer working with the brand Mexen.
Our partnership with Mexen officially concluded in September 2023. We want to reassure all customers who have previously purchased Mexen products from us that this decision does not affect your warranty. We will continue to stand by our commitment and provide aftercare support for these items.
This decision to part ways was made in the best interests of our customers. While Mexen products are widely available, we experienced ongoing challenges with their quality, poor technical support, and excessively long waiting times for replacement parts. Unfortunately, these issues do not meet the high standards we set for our store or the level of service we promise to our customers.
At BathroomStore.ie, we carefully select our brands to ensure quality, reliability, and aftercare support. Our focus is on working with manufacturers who can guarantee consistent standards and provide quick, effective assistance when needed.
