tilemaster-anti-fracture-uncoupling-mat-1m-wide
Tilemaster Anti-Fracture Uncoupling Mat 1m Wide

Tilemaster Anti-Fracture Mat is a thin (0.85 mm) uncoupling membrane that separates floor tiles from a substrate that may move or crack – new screeds, timber-to-screed junctions or floors with hairline shrinkage cracks. Sheets are bonded with a flexible adhesive using a 4 mm notched trowel, butt-jointed, and can be tiled straight away, so it adds no drying day to the job.

Because it is so thin, it barely raises the floor and uses around 30 kg less adhesive per roll than cavity-style mats. It is well suited to underfloor heating. It is for interior floors only – not for external use or areas under constant water. We pair it with Setaflex Rapid for same-day tiling.

Full roll or 10 m cut: buy the full roll for the best price per metre, or order a 10 m length cut from a roll for smaller jobs. Cut lengths are priced higher per metre because the remainder of the roll is opened for you.

Specification

Product code: KA0159

Roll size: 1 m × 20 m (20 m²)

Thickness: 0.85 mm

Weight: approx. 9.2 kg per roll

Use: interior floors; suitable over underfloor heating

Shelf life: 24 months

Warranty: 24 months statutory warranty; claims via our returns & warranty policy

Downloads

Technical Data Sheet – Anti-Fracture Mat (PDF)
