It is the one to choose when the floor needs to be walked on or grouted the same day: foot traffic and grouting after about 3 hours (walls about 2 hours), with a working pot life of about 30 minutes.

How much do I need? Allow about 1.2 kg per m² per mm of bed – a 3 mm bed covers roughly 5.5 m² per bag, so a 6 m² bathroom floor laid on a 4 mm bed needs about 29 kg – two bags. It suits porcelain, ceramic and natural stone on walls and floors, inside and out, including underfloor heating, pools and saunas. Choose white for light grout joints and translucent stone. Mix only what you can use in 30 minutes; for large floors on your own, Setaflex Standard gives more working time.

Specification

Product codes: KA0456 grey, KA0454 white

Classification: C2FT S1 (EN 12004)

Pack: 20 kg bag

Coverage: approx. 1.2 kg/m² per mm

Bed thickness: 2–12 mm

Pot life / open time: approx. 30 min / ≥15 min

Grout / foot traffic: approx. 3 hours (walls approx. 2 hours)

Use: walls and floors, internal and external, underfloor heating, pools

Warranty: 24 months statutory warranty; claims via our returns & warranty policy

Downloads

Technical Data Sheet – Setaflex Rapid (PDF)

Please select the required colour from the options above.
