It absorbs the shear stress between an old or difficult substrate and large-format porcelain or natural stone, reducing the risk of cracked tiles and debonding on big slabs.

Lay it in Kerakoll H40 Gel (or H40 Extreme on wood, metal or PVC) and tile over it with the same adhesive. It works internally and externally. Biotex is not a waterproofing layer – in showers, combine it with a tanking system. A full roll is 1 m × 50 m; most single rooms need the 10 m cut.

Full roll or 10 m cut: buy the full roll for the best price per metre, or order a 10 m length cut from a roll for smaller jobs. Cut lengths are priced higher per metre because the remainder of the roll is opened for you.

Specification

Product code: K17282

Roll size: 1 m × 50 m

Thickness: approx. 0.65 mm

Material: recycled thermo-bonded polyester

Bond with: Kerakoll H40 Gel

Warranty: 24 months statutory warranty; claims via our returns & warranty policy

Downloads

Technical Data Sheet – Biotex (PDF)

Please select full roll or 10 m cut from the options above.
