Delivery dates and times are estimated. We aim to make standard deliveries within 7-14 working days.
Many of our items are stocked in our Dundalk warehouse. For items stored in Dundalk, we aim to deliver to these as soon as possible (small packages) and in 7-14 working days for larger items, depending on your location and driver ability.

Our products are sourced directly from the manufacturer, ensuring to give you the best possible price.
However, this can sometimes lead to delays beyond our control. Circumstances beyond our control can affect delivery times, for example, stock outages, supplier issues, weather and national emergencies.
We aim to notify customers of any major delays to their order, but this is not always possible.
Standard deliveries are made between 9am-10pm, Monday-Friday.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or bank holidays.
Courier service may deliver at different times or at weekends, this is out of our control.
Customers will receive a message when their order has been dispatched.
Express shipping is not guaranteed until you have spoken to a member of the Bathroom Store team.
