authority-grey-terrace-paving-20mm
Authority Grey Terrace Paving 20mm

Authority Grey in its 20mm outdoor form: the same neutral cement grey as the indoor tile, pressed thicker and given a structured surface. The extra thickness lets it be laid loose on gravel, sand or pedestals rather than bonded to a slab, and the texture takes the slip rating to R11 — the number that counts on a wet patio rather than the R10 of the smooth indoor version.

Choosing this slab. Grey is the safest of the three outdoors because it hides the grey-green film that Irish weather leaves on any hard surface better than beige does, and shows less than graphite. Frost resistant, PEI 5 for outdoor grit and traffic. Lay with a 5mm joint to allow movement. Boxes: two slabs in the 60x60cm, one in the 120x60cm, both about 30kg — a 10 m² patio is roughly fourteen boxes.

Most people order it against the indoor Authority Grey so the floor carries through a set of patio doors without a change of colour, only a change of joint width. Ordered per box from Paradyż in Poland — allow 2-3 weeks.

Collection: Authority by Ceramika Paradyż

Country of origin: Poland

Formats: 60x60cm (595x595mm), 120x60cm (1195x595mm)

Thickness: 20mm

Finish: Structured matt, rectified

Surface: Glazed porcelain stoneware (gres)

Slip resistance: R11

Abrasion resistance: PEI 5 / >12000

Shade variation: V2

Frost resistant

Suitable for: outdoor floors — terrace, balcony, garden paths

Recommended grout joint: minimum 5mm

Sold per box; price shown per m²

Part of the Authority collection — pair it with the 8mm indoor tile in the same colour to run one floor inside and out.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2659/3348/files/Authority-Grey-Terrace-20mm-60x60cm-tile.jpg?v=1789048506
